KIM KARDASHIAN SUED BY EX-BOYFRIEND'S MOM

According to court documents ,Hollywood party girl Kim Kardashian is being sued for allegedly ripping off singer Brandy.
In a complaint filed on Feb. 4 in L.A. Superior Court, Brandy's mom Sonja Norwood accuses Kardashian, along with her sisters and brother, of running up charges on her American Express card.
In 2004, the papers say, Kim was working as Brandy's stylist and was authorized to make one purchase for the singer. But, alleges Norwood, "Defendant Kim thereafter disclosed [Norwood's] credit card number to other members of her family, and...made charges to [the] credit card, claiming to be employed by Brandy."
Norwood alleges that a total of over $120, 000 was charged to her Amercian Express card in 2006 and 2007.
According to her complaint, Norwood has requested the return of the money but the Kardashians "continue to fail and refuse."
Norwood is seeking the return of her money, plus interest, along with unspecified damages.
This isn't the first time a controversy has erupted involving the
Kardashian and Norwood clans. In 2007, a sex tape starring Kim and
former boyfriend Ray J, Brandy's little brother, hit the internet. |
