ISABEL LUCAS: SHIA LABEOUF'S "HAND IS HEALING WELL"Shia LaBeouf is recovering nicely from his car crash last month, says his Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen co-star Isabel Lucas, who was with him at the time of the accident.
"We're both fine, and Shia's fine as well," she tells Access Hollywood. "His hand is healing well."
LaBeouf, 22, and Lucas, 23, were involved in a collision with another vehicle in Hollywood July 27. (Police said LaBeouf, who was cited for misdemeanor DUI, was not at fault; the other driver apparently ran a red light.)
Lucas was not injured during the crash, but LaBeouf was forced to undergo extensive surgery to his left hand. (The injury is being written into the Transformers sequel, which begins shooting shortly.)
It had been reported that LaBeouf might have to have his pinky amputated, but his rep tells Usmagazine.com that report is untrue. Usmagazine |
