Brooke Hogan has turned down an offer to pose nude in Playboy.
"Brooke just didn’t feel that it was the right time," her rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. "It's not out of the question for the future, but we'll have to see."

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea is getting out of jail nearly three months early with credits for good behavior and working, PEOPLE has learned.
Bollea, who has been serving an eight-month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Fla., for reckless driving that led to an accident with injuries, is due to be released Oct. 21.
The early release follows standard procedures for all inmates.
"They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits," says a jail official who did not want to be identified.Bollea was sentenced for his role in a car accident last year in which his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, was seriously injured.
Bollea's sister, Brooke Hogan, tells PEOPLE that she is looking forward to her brother being released.
"I'm not sure where he'll live. I think he's going to do his own thing," said Hogan, who was attending the anniversary party for Strike Miami, a ritzy bowling alley in Miami.
Graziano's lawyer George Tragos of St. Petersburg, Fla., said he is not surprised to hear that Hogan is getting out early.
"It's standard procedure," he tells PEOPLE. "There is no way for us to impact his release date, that's not within our control. It's a formula worked out by the sheriff."

Sunday served as a reunion for the Hogan clan, as Hulk and his estranged wife Linda — whom he recently dubbed "the most formidable opponent I've ever encountered" — visited their son in jail.

Nick — who is behind bars for a car crash that critically injured his best friend John Graziano — has been moved to the central division jail for adults where he will be housed with up to 71 other adult men.

“Without a doubt, this one is the most formidable opponent I’ve ever run into," he tells Usmagazine.com.
"You talk about dirty tricks: Brass knuckles, steel knuckles, cheap shots,
tripping people up. I’ve never seen anybody in the wrestling business that has more dirty tricks than she does!" he adds. "I guess I taught her well.”
After 23 years of marriage, Linda, 48, surprised Hogan, 54, last November by filing for divorce. (He learned of the split from a newspaper reporter.)
Since then, the two have been embroiled in a messy war.

On June 30, Linda filed papers alleging that he "relentlessly and methodically" stalks her, "causing her anxiety and fear for her safety at all times." (His lawyer has called the claim "pure fantasy.")
They also have clashed over assets (she recently accused him of not paying his share of their $4.2 million Las Vegas condo).
Brooke Hogan, who feuded with her father earlier this year after he dated one of her pals, is no longer on speaking terms with her mother, who is romancing one of her 19-year-old former classmates.
"I'm totally freaked out," Brooke said of the relationship.

Her rep confirms to New York's Daily News that the singer, 20, has been approached to pose in Playboy.
"No decision has been made at this time," her rep told the paper.

But Brooke told Us Weekly she saw nothing wrong with it.
"I know I'm a grown woman, but it's like he's touching an old car," she told Us. "He used to change my diaper!"

| BROOKE HOGAN APOLOGIZES FOR ALLEGATIONS AGAINST FATHER Blog |
Brooke Hogan issued an apology for making what she now calls false allegations that her father Hulk abused her mother.
"I did it under significant pressure from my mother," Hogan, 20, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "It was only after I learned all the facts that I realized I made a big mistake in signing it."
Hogan released the statement after a tabloid reported that she had signed a legal affidavit accusing her father, whose real name is Terry Bollea, of verbally and physically abusing wife Linda during their marriage.
Linda, 48, filed for divorce last November, and her attorney told PEOPLE it was going to be "war."
Her attorney was not available for comment. A rep for Hulk Hogan declined to comment.
In her statement to PEOPLE, Brooke admits to signing the affidavit. But, according to her rep, she later regretted the decision and asked that it not be filed in court. (At this point, according to Hulk's attorney, no such document has been filed.)
Brooke's rep says: "Brooke Bollea is distressed at the latest efforts by mother Linda to fracture the family. This time they let leak out an old document that Brooke signed filled with exaggerations and fabrications about father Terry's behavior during the marriage. The months-old document was signed by Brooke at a time when she was upset with her father."
Brooke is now living with Hulk, 54, and not on speaking terms with her mother.
"I love my mother, and hope to one day reconcile with her," Brooke says. "But using kids as pawns in a divorce is awful. Every day my mother resorts to this kind of behavior makes it that much harder for us to ever have a relationship again."
