BRAD PITT'S KIDS MAKE HIM LAUGH, LONG FOR SLEEP Blog

Brad Pitt will have audiences laughing out loud as a knucklehead fitness employee in Burn After Reading, but what makes PEOPLE's two-time Sexiest Man Alive chuckle in real life?
"My kids," Pitt, 44, told PEOPLE at the Toronto International Film Festival gala screening Friday for his new Coen Brothers comedy also starring George Clooney.
Speaking of his kids with Angelina Jolie, newest additions, eight-week-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, are great, he added.
"Everyone is healthy," said Pitt. "Sleep is something you long for, but it's alright. We'll get it."Despite the lack of shut eye, costar and Oscar winner Tilda Swinton advises Pitt not to worry. As a mother of twins herself – 11-year-old daughter Honor Byrne and son Xavier Byrn – she tells him: "It gets easier! And it's true."
And what kind of dad does she think her movie star friend is? "He's fantastic," said Swinton. Costar John Malkovich chimed in: "He was very doting with his daughter during shooting on a couple of days I was there. He's very much a present parent."
Pitt and Jolie have six kids total contributing to the giggles: Maddox, 7, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

LOOK OUT, TORONTO: HERE COME BRAD PITT & JENNIFER ANISTON Blog

Burning question No. 1 at this year's Toronto International Film Festival, which kicks off Thursday: Will exes Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston cross paths?
They arrive on different days, but in the movie biz, anything is possible. Pitt is due in Canada, sans Angelina Jolie, to hype Burn After Reading, his new Coen Brothers comedy with George Clooney. Aniston, meanwhile, will be talking up Management, a romantic comedy in which she's wooed by Steve Zahn and Woody Harrelson.
But those are just two of the 249 feature films set to screen and a few of the stars – cue Dakota Fanning, Ricky Gervais and Charlize Theron – set to shine over the 10-day festival, which has come to serve Hollywood as the annual unofficial launch of the Oscar race. Here is a short list of the films featuring younger stars that are among the most highly anticipated flicks at the festival:
• After scoring big at last year's festival with Juno, Superbad's Michael Cera returns with Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. He plays a music-obsessed youth who finds love when he least expects it during a visit to New York City. The movie opens Oct. 3.
• In Rachel Getting Married, Anne Hathaway stars as a woman who, following a stint in rehab, returns to her idyllic Connecticut hometown for the wedding of her older sister Rachel. Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs) directed the comedic family drama, which opens in limited markets Oct. 3.
• Keira Knightley again dons sumptuous period petticoats and gowns for her title role in The Duchess, a biopic about Georgiana Spencer, a scandalous 18th century English aristocrat. Her costars include Ralph Fiennes and Charlotte Rampling. It opens Sept. 19.
• Irishman Colin Farrell works on his New Yawk accent in Pride and Glory, a crime drama in which he and Edward Norton star as brothers who are NYPD cops. Family bonds are tested as they uncover something rotten in the Big Apple. The film, which was scheduled to open earlier this year, is now set for release Oct. 24.
• Wedding Crashers star Rachel McAdams teams up with Tim Robbins and Michael Peña in The Lucky Ones, a drama about three soldiers returning home to the U.S. after serving in Iraq. The film, due to open Sept. 26, has been sitting on the shelf for months after Hollywood became hesitant following the box office failure of several war-themed movies – Rendition, Lions for Lambs, Stop-Loss – in late 2007 and early 2008.
• Rising British heartthrob Jim Sturgess (Across the Universe and 21) portrays a young Irishman in Belfast in the 1980s who finds himself unintentionally caught between the British Army and the IRA in Fifty Dead Men Walking. Ben Kingsley and Rose McGowan costar. The film does not yet have a U.S. release date.

GEORGE CLOONEY TO HOST BARACK OBAMA FUNDRAISER IN GENEVA Blog

Fresh from the Venice Film Festival, George Clooney will appear Tuesday evening at a Barack Obama fundraiser in Geneva.
According to reports from Swiss news agency ATS, the Burn After Reading star and longtime Obama supporter hopes to increase Democratic coffers by nearly $1 million at the event, held for U.S. citizens living overseas.
According to planners, Clooney will address a cocktail reception – speaking and answering questions – of 170 U.S. citizens, who are each paying $1,000.Afterwards, he will sit down to dinner with 75 guests, each donating $10,000 per plate. The reception and dinner will be held at the private Vielle-Ville home of U.S. attorney Charles Adams, the evening's principal organizer.
Hoping to score tickets? The twin events are already sold out, Adams, who also serves on Obama's National Finance Committee, told journalists.
Clooney has known Obama personally since 2004 and campaigned for him during his Ilinois Senate run. But the actor had previously begged off campaigning for Obama during his Presidential bid, explaining to reporters that he wouldn't want to "damage" him.
The fundraiser will be Clooney's only active personal participation in the campaign, Adams told Geneve newspaper Le Temps. Said Adams, "I personally assured George Clooney that Geneva is a city where restraint is the norm and that he wouldn't be assaulted by fans trying to tear the shirt off him."
The actor will be bringing "three or four people" with him to the fundraiser, Adams said.

CAUGHT IN THE ACT! Blog

• A solo Rihanna, checking out the wares at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. Later she hit popular nightspot Coco de Ville –also sans beau Chris Brown – where she snacked on cotton candy and shared
sweet conversation with friends. But the two got in some couple time the day before: The
singer and Brown were spotted at a Beverly Hills Ferrari dealership together.
• Also at Coco de Ville: Leonardo DiCaprio –but he and the pop star did not cross paths. Instead, the actor shied away
from attention, focusing instead on his small group of friends – and
relaxing. He left the lounge after just an hour.
• Continuing his winning night in Venice – after collecting an award from
last year – Brad Pitt enjoyed a poolside
dinner at the Hotel Cipriani & Palazzo Vendramin with his Burn After Reading cast. With no signs of partner-in-crime (and costar)
George Clooney, Pitt chatted with the film's director
Joel Coen and left before midnight, carrying a drink, sporting an
undone bowtie – and surrounded by an entourage of five.
• In Denver for the Democratic National Convention, new parents Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren ventured out to a Vote Latino event
at Vinyl. At the reception, the actress, in a black Juicy dress, mixed
politics with girl talk, chatting up Jennifer Lopez and
Rosario Dawson. Meanwhile, Dawson left her boyfriend
Mathieu Schreyer behind in Los Angeles while she got to work to get
out the vote. Not that Dawson – who told us she supports Barack Obama – is telling people how to vote. Nope, next she (and
Vote Latino) will visit Minneapolis, where the group will set up shop at the
Republican National Convention. (Read more about what all the stars are up to in Denver!)

BRAD PITT PICKS UP BEST ACTOR AWARD IN VENICE - A YEAR LATE! Blog

Brad Pitt picked up a best-acting award for his starring role in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford -- a year after the film was released and a year after he won the accolade, the Associated Press reports.
"You can run but you can't hide," Pitt, 44, joked as he belatedly accepted the honor.
The actor nabbed the prize at the opening ceremony of the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday, as his latest film, Burn After Reading, debuted.

Burn After Reading, which is in contention for the festival's top prize, also stars George Clooney, Frances McDormand and Tilda Swinton. It is written and directed by the Coen Brothers.
At a press conference, Pitt was asked if it's better to win an Oscar or fall in love with a beautiful woman.
"Brad, don't answer that," Clooney quipped.

Clooney was then asked if he has any plans to settle down and have kids himself.
"I am so surprised to hear that question," he joked. "That is honestly the first time I've been asked that question. I am getting married and having children today. Brad?"
Replied Pitt, "And until then I'll be sharing mine with him. I'll have two more by next year."

BRAD PITT WINS 'TWIN' BEST ACTOR AWARDS AT VENICE FILM FESTIVAL Blog

A stunned Brad Pitt was awarded the best actor trophy on Wednesday at the Venice International Film Festival, the same honor he was given last year for The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.
"I guess you forgot something here years ago," said the mistress of ceremonies. Holding up the gold cup to honor Pitt's performance in the upcoming dark comedy Burn After Reading, she said, "Brad, this is yours."
Pitt – attending the Venice film festival opening ceremony in support of the film – looked surprised as he walked up onstage.
"Congratulations for your twins," she told Pitt as she handed him the trophy."You can run but you can't hide," Pitt said laughing. "It was an honor to receive this last year and it's an honor to receive it this year. Thank you very much."
The mistress of ceremonies then held up a yellow flower. "This is for your friend George," she told Pitt referring to George Clooney, his Burn After Reading costar.

GEORGE & BRAD ENJOY A GUYS' NIGHT IN VENICE Blog

George Clooney and Brad Pitt lived la dolce vita in Venice Tuesday night, partying into the wee hours.
In town to promote their film Burn After Reading, which opens the film festival Wednesday, the pair first attended a black tie fundraiser for their Not On Our Watch charity. Some 200 Italian VIPs – plus their costar Tilda Swinton – attended the dinner at the Hotel Cipriani on Giudecca Island.
"They both have such passion and such dedication," a guest told PEOPLE of the pair.
After the event wound down, the two actors partied on with some 20 fundraiser guests, arriving at the Cipriani's poolside bar just after midnight.
"We've had a lot to drink," said a jacketless Pitt, 44, laughing and raising his champagne glass. A tan and trim-looking Clooney, 44, had his shirt unbuttoned. After chatting with some guests – including Clooney's pal, British TV personality Mariella Frostrup – the actors held court on a wicker sofa by the pool. By 2 a.m., a pair of women decided to strip down and take a dip as Clooney looked on from the edge.
Later, the actor shimmied while the hotel's guitar player strummed Gloria Estefan's "Mi Tierra."
"In case you didn't know, the water's salty," Clooney yelled as he headed upstairs at 2:15 a.m.
Pitt, who arrived in Venice Tuesday with sons Maddox, 7, and Pax, 4, stayed chatting until just before 3 a.m.

JENNIFER ANISTON DINES WITH WOODY ALLEN Blog

While her ex Brad Pitt lights up the Venice Film Festival with George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston had a Hollywood power date herself on Tuesday.
The actress — who flaunted a new gold and jade ring on her engagement finger — dined with director Woody Allen and his wife Soon Yi at trendy Italian eatery Madeo in West Hollywood.
(Interestingly, Allen's characters speak in the same neurotic way as Aniston's Friends character Rachel Green.)
Aniston has a lot of work on her plate these days.
The newly single star is set to attend the Toronto Film Festival to promote her romantic comedy Management — about a traveling art saleswoman fighting off the advances of a flaky motel manager — which is premiering September 7.
Two days before her movie bows, Pitt's comedy Burn After Reading screens.

BRAD PITT: 'THE TWINS ARE FINE' Blog

Two months after of the birth of Knox and Vivienne, Brad Pitt told reporters at a Venice press conference Wednesday, "The twins are fine."
He then raised his water glass like a toast, and took a sip.
Pitt and his pal George Clooney are in Italy's City of Bridges to promote their film Burn After Reading, which has its world premiere Wednesday night at Venice's annual film festival. Pitt had arrived Tuesday with sons Maddox and Pax, while Clooney – who owns a home on Lake Como – told reporters he'd been in Italy "for a couple of months."
The pair joked their way through the press conference, knocking back personal questions with charm – and a few winks.
Asked if he planned on getting married and having children, Clooney, 47, said: "I am so surprised to hear that question. This honestly is the first time I've ever been asked that question. I'm getting married and having children today."
Added 44-year-old Pitt: "And until then, I'll be sharing mine with him."
Then – in response to a question about how many kids were enough – Angelina Jolie's other half wisecracked, "I'll have two more by next year."
Together an Awful LotClooney, who noted he and Pitt only had one scene together in Burn After Reading – which is the first movie from the Coen Brothers since their Oscar-winning No Country for Old Men – joked that his frequent costar was sitting at the opposite end of the dais "because there's a restraining order."
The pair did get serious, however, when asked whether they'd prefer to be in Venice or in Denver, for the Democratic National Convention.
"I'm happy to be here. This is one of my favorite places in the world to be," Clooney said. "I like to watch the conventions on TV. I think the stars of the convention should be the people who are being elected."
As for the upcoming election, he added, "I'm pessimistic, but I'm optimistic. I think it's a very exciting time in American politics."
Pitt chimed in: "I'm optimistic, too. It's a vital time. It's a defining time. I'm excited about where things are going."

BRAD PITT ON KIDS: "TWO MORE BY NEXT YEAR!" Blog

BRAD PITT: PHOTO SHOOT IN FRANCE, CHARITY WORK IN ITALY Blog

With six kids to care for and movies to launch, it's a wonder Brad Pitt also managed to fit charity work and a recent photo shoot – from behind the camera – into his hectic schedule.
The star, spotted with sons Maddox and Pax on the Venetian waterfront Tuesday, is joining forces with costar and pal George Clooney for a fund-raiser preceding Wednesday's Venice Film Festival premiere of their new Coen Brothers' comedy, Burn After Reading.
The dapper duo are scheduled to hit the red carpet on behalf of their charity Not On Our Watch, the Associated Press reports. The organization, launched last year by Pitt, Clooney, Matt Damon and Don Cheadle, has so far raised more than $7 million to help victims of the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan and the cyclone in Myanmar (also known as Burma), according to executive director Alex Wagner.
Photographer PittBefore arriving in Venice, Pitt added professional photographer to his ever-expanding resumé. He snapped Jolie for the November cover of W, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The photo shoot, first reported by Fashion Week Daily, took place at Chateau Miraval in Provence, France, where the Pitt-Jolies have been since Jolie gave birth July 12 to twins Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline.
It was a homecoming of sorts for the couple, who appeared on the cover of W in June 2005 to promote their film Mr. and Mrs. Smith. In that cover, the couple lounged while three kids – not their own – played in a pool.

THOUSANDS ATTEND BERNIE MAC'S CHICAGO MEMORIAL SERVICE Blog

Thousands of mourners poured into a Chicago church this afternoon to say good bye to comedian Bernie Mac, who died last Saturday.
Among the crowd were Mac's famous friends, Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hughley Steve Harvey, Ocean's Thirteen co-star Don Cheadle, Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson.
"That dude is a very popular guy," Cedric said, according to the Chicago Tribune. "You know ya'll were like 'let me get four tickets to the funeral!' He's still the hottest ticket in town."
See photos of stars gone too soon.
Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama sent his condolences in the form of a written statement.
"Michelle and I were so deeply sad to hear about your loss," it read. "He [made] us laugh, and laugh hard. Bernie Mac will be sorely missed."
Mac died last week from complications due to pneumonia. The 50-year-old had also battled sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease.
See what stars like George Clooney said about Mac's death.
"He represented Chicago in a way [that] he knew the street, he knew the people and that's why he's the king of comedy," Mayor Richard Daley said. "He wanted to do something personally to get children away from the life of violence... he had a heart and passion...That's why as the king of comedy, he never lost his soul in Chicago."
Attendees saw upon chairs with burgundy cushions, watching two large projector screens flashing images of Mac's life. As a tribute, his comedy routines were played over Isaac Hayes' famous songs.
(Hayes, who will co-star in December's Soul Man with Mac, died last Sunday.)
Mac's wife of 30 years, Rhonda, was given a No. 1 baseball jersey by the White Sox organization.
Many fans — some of whom had camped out overnight to be guaranteed a spot inside the 10,000-seat House of Hope church — donned shirts with pictures of the comedian across the front.
Mac's family asks donations to be made to www.berniemacfoundation.org to help find a cure for sarcoidosis.

GEORGE CLOONEY: I AM NOT ADVISING OBAMA Blog

Actor, activist, and United Nations ambassador ... George Clooney wears many hats. But there's one role he doesn't have: Political consultant.
The actor is shooting down reports claiming he's been advising presidential hopeful Barack Obama.
"I have never texted or e-mailed Senator Obama. And I'll offer a million dollars to anyone who could prove otherwise, " Clooney said Tuesday in a statement released by his publicist, Stan Rosenfield. "In fact, I've only talked to the Senator once in the last year and a half. On the phone." The Oscar-winning actor was responding to last week's Los Angeles Times story, which claimed that Clooney "frequently text messages the Illinois senator with whom he's been friends for many years."
Not true, said Clooney.
"I've spent more time with Senator [John] McCain ... than I have with Senator Obama ...," he said. "Although I support Senator Obama, I would never be dumb enough to offer policy advice to either candidate. They seem to be doing fine without me."

FRIENDS AND COSTARS REMEMBER BERNIE MAC Blog

In the wake of the untimely death of Bernie Mac Saturday morning at age 50, fellow entertainers fondly remember the standup comic and actor as a quintessential funnyman – and a warm guy.
George Clooney, who starred with Mac in 2001's casino caper Ocean's Eleven and its two sequels, says, "The world just got a little less funny. He will be missed dearly."
Said fellow Ocean's colleague Brad Pitt, "I lament the loss of a ferociously funny and hardcore family man. My thoughts are with Rhonda and their family. Bernie Mac, you are already missed."
Mac, who died at a Chicago hospital of complications from pneumonia, will be seen this fall in the comedy feature Soul Men opposite pal Samuel L. Jackson, who says, "It goes without saying that Bernie was one of the preeminent comedians of our generation." The actor added, "He was also an attentive husband, a great father and loving grandfather. I feel blessed to have shared years of friendship with Bernie Mac, and I'm honored to have finally co-starred with him in what I consider to be his finest cinematic acting achievement.
"My sincere prayer is that his family will be comforted by the warmth of love from all of us who knew and respected this man."
George Lopez, Luke Wilson RememberTo fellow comedian George Lopez, "He was one of those comics that was unique because of his approach, his look, his voice [and] the content of his material."
Admitting that at times Mac's material might have sounded a little rough, especially to the ears of younger people, Lopez, during the press junket for Henry Poole Is Here, told PEOPLE, "Bernie fell into that category of people who were inherently different like when you saw them, you knew they were different and when they spoke, you knew they were different ."
Admiring Mac's gifts, Lopez also said, "As comics, we're all brothers. and I’ll miss him a lot. He was a good friend of mine."
Henry Poole star Luke Wilson, Mac's costar in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, told PEOPLE, "He couldn't have been a nicer guy. He just seemed like a real family man and just a nice guy on the set, just very kind of normal guy."
Actress-comedienne Niecy Nash, who played Mac's sister on The Bernie Mac Show, recalls his knack for making fellow actors feel at home on the set.
"When I showed up to work, he said something to me that had never been said to me on a set before," she says. "He said, 'Baby girl, the script here is not the Bible. Do you, and I'll follow. I got mine, you get yours.' When he said that, I knew everything was going to be all right. I was happy to have the freedom to make up some funny with him. It was simply delicious."
Adds Nash, "My working experiences with Bernie were so amazing, that from that point on, I wouldn't have cared if he called me in the middle of the night to come and be in a scene where I didn't have anything to do but sit in the background and eat cereal. I would've just done it because I loved him like that."

GEORGE CLOONEY: CO-STAR BERNIE MAC "WILL BE DEARLY MISSED" Blog

Friends and co-stars of comedian Bernie Mac are speaking out following his Saturday morning death.
"The world just got a little less funny," Ocean's 13 co-star, George Clooney, said in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. "He will be dearly missed."
Adds Ocean's co-star Don Cheadle, in a statement to E!: "This is a very sad day for many of us who knew and loved Bernie. He brought so much joy to so many. He will be missed, but heaven just got funnier."

"Bernie Mac was one of the best and funniest comedians to ever live, but that was the second best thing he did," says Chris Rock, who worked with Mac in animated flick, Return to Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. "Bernie was one of the greatest friends a person could have.
"Losing him is like losing 12 people, because he absolutely filled up any room he was in," Rock continues. "I'm gonna' miss the Mac Man."
Earlier Saturday, former co-star Niecy Nash told Us, "His passing is such a major loss to the acting and comedy communities.
"Bernie Mac was the personification of the word 'real.' He kept it real," she said. "That kind of genuine spirit that he carried all time cannot be easily duplicated, but I will do my very best to try."
The FOX network, which aired The Bernie Mac Show from 2001 to 2006, told Us in a statement, "Bernie Mac was a gifted talent whose comment came from an authentic, and highly personal, place. He was a tremendous live performer, and a wonderful actor. FOX was proud to be the home of The Bernie Mac Show, and all of us at FOX and 20th Century FOX Television extend our deepest sympathies to his wife, Rhonda, and daughter, Je'Niece."

GEORGE CLOONEY VACATIONS WITH CINDY CRAWFORD – & FAMILY Blog

Talk about a perfect vacation: George Clooney is cruising the Mediterranean with one of the world's most famous supermodels – who brought along her husband and children.
Clooney is spending his mid-summer with Cindy Crawford, her husband (and Clooney pal) Rande Gerber and their two children, Presley 8 and Kaia, 6.
Not only is this the second year in a row that the adult trio have cruised together, but the world's most eligible bachelor also sometimes provides his babysitting services – as well as his barbecuing talents. After bobbing about St. Tropez harbor on the yacht Silver for a day, Clooney handled the Saturday luncheon grill chores for Crawford, Gerber and several others, including nearby resident Bono.
Later on, around midnight, Clooney and his cruismates stepped ashore, to meet a group of friends and go clubbing at the Caveau du Roy. The trio stayed until 2 a.m., with one clubgoer telling PEOPLE that Clooney went dateless at the nightclub.
On Monday, the Silver cruised back up the French coastline to anchor off Eze, where the party moved to Bono's residence. At last sighting, the boating party was off Sardinia's Porto Cervo, with Cindy and Gerber swimming and jet-skiing daily.
As for his own vacation activities, Clooney is playing it low key. Scheduled to open the Venice Film Festival with Brad Pitt at the end of August in the Coen Brothers' Burn After Reading, he has been spotted on deck regularly working out with the morning papers.

Scarlett Johansson is blaming "extreme sexism" for the hoopla made over her comments that she had an e-mail relationship with Barack Obama.
"I kept thinking to myself, 'God, if this was just, like, Kal Penn or George Clooney, or any of the other [Obama] surrogates or supporters ... there wouldn't be [any] question about it," the actress, 23, tells the Associated Press. "Nobody would even talk about it."
In June, Johansson said she had a "personal dialogue," via email, with the Democratic presidential hopeful.
Obama later downplayed her remarks, saying she only sent one email to his assistant, who forwarded it to him. "Suddenly we have this email relationship," Obama told the Washington Post.

But Johansson now tells the AP she didn't mean to suggest the two were pen pals.
"I was merely trying to express my delight at Obama's commitment in his campaign in every aspect, and his interest and his support [in] his surrogates, and his staff and his fellows, and how wonderful and refreshing that is," she says. "And it was manipulated into such an unfortunate media frenzy of kind of a non-story."
Johansson – who kisses Penelope Cruz in her new movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona (out Aug. 15) – also says she isn't in a rush to walk down the aisle with Ryan Reynolds.
The two announced their engagement in May.
"We're just enjoying our time," she says. "We're just recently – very recently – engaged. So, you know, we're just taking it easy. And no big plan yet.
"But it's a good time, and we're just ... enjoying our time to be young and engaged," she adds. "I mean, I'm 23. There's no reason to rush into it. Everything feels very natural and relaxed."

Aniston, 39, and Pitt, 44, split in January 2005 under speculation that the actor had turned to Mr. & Mrs Smith co-star Angelina Jolie.

GEORGE CLOONEY, BRAD PITT EXPECTED IN VENICE Blog

How do you say "star-struck" in Italian?
George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway and Charlize Theron are among the celebrities expected on the red carpet at this year's Venice Film Festival.
The 65th annual festival opens August 27 with the out-of-competition premiere of Joel and Ethan Coen's Burn After Reading, starring Coen favorite Clooney and his pal Pitt. (The pair also appeared at last year's festival, with Clooney memorably debuting then-girlfriend Sarah Larson.)
Next month's festival is expected to be Pitt's first major public event since the birth of his twins with Angelina Jolie. The newly single Hathaway – who appeared at the 2006 festival with The Devil Wears Prada – is expected to be there to promote Rachel Getting Married, a film about an ex-model who's been in and out of rehab for 10 years, then comes home for her sister's wedding.
Other American films at the festival: The Wrestler, starring Marisa Tomei, Mickey Rourke and Evan Rachel Wood; The Burning Plain, with Theron and Kim Basinger; and The Hurt Locker, an Iraq war drama featuring Ralph Fiennes.

Larson denied a fling with actor Jason Statham.
"I actually didn't even know that he was going to be sitting at the table with us," she said. "Just a kind of random large group of people. We just sat down and talked for a little bit. Nothing beyond that."
Larson also told Us that she just wrapped a shoot for L.A.-based magazine L.A. Direct.
