E! reports the couple -- who have been dating since Madison's October split from Hugh Hefner -- were spotted at Berger & Son Fine Jewelers in Las Vegas on Christmas Eve eyeing rings.

"They were looking at one ring and Criss said, 'Would you marry me?'" a spy tells E!. "Holly didn't say anything. She just looked at him."
(Madison told Usmagazine.com on Dec. 22 that she intended to propose to her magician beau. "I made Criss a paper ring, but he won't wear it," the Playboy bunny said.)
After a crowd began to form outside the store, the pair prepared to make a hasty exit, and Angel "handed the ring back to the sales guy and said, 'Thanks,'" the witness says.

A rep for Madison admits Angel picked up bling for her -- but says it's not for a wedding.
"Criss bought Holly a ring for her birthday," the rep said. "It's a flower ring."
Madison turned 29 on Dec. 23, while Angel turned 41 on Dec. 19. They celebrated together at a party on Angel's birthday at Las Vegas club, LAX.
Just a few days later, their parents met for the first time on Christmas.

The Girl Next Door revealed she planned the date around Baskett's football season with the Philadelphia Eagles.
"He’s going to come out here," she told Robin Leach at the Las Vegas launch of The Girls Next Door book. "We can’t have a wedding anywhere else because my grandma can’t fly. So I’m waiting for him to come out here and help me plan. I’m ready to just get married."

"I think so, but I don’t know yet...it’s so weird," she told Leach.

Hefner is dressed in his signature silk robe and pajamas while the twins are scantily clad in shorts with the word "hef" scrawled across their body-painted chests.

Hefner hooked up with the twins after splitting with Girls Next Door girlfriends Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson, and Bridget Marquardt.
"Within two weeks, a pair of twins arrived and ... they were interested in being my girlfriends," he told Extra recently. "Several girlfriends are easier to handle than one wife."
Madison introduced the three after she directed their Playmate pictorial this summer.
"They're a lot of fun," she told Usmagazine.com in October. "I would never try to personally pick Hef's new girlfriend. I would like him to take his time and actually get to know somebody -- which he never does! But as long as he's having fun, I'm happy for him!

It's official: Kendra Wilkinson will marry NFL player Hank Baskett on June 27 at the Playboy Mansion.
The Girl Next Door, 23, is waiting for Baskett's season to be over so he can help with wedding details. The 26-year-old wide receiver's team, the Philadelphia Eagles, is contending for a playoff spot.
"I'm waiting for him to come out here and help me plan," she tells Robin Leach's Las Vegas blog, which revealed the wedding date. "I'm ready to just get married."
Rcently fully moved out of the Mansion, Wilkinson is "retiring from the whole nudity thing" and now focusing on being an athlete's wife."I love football, but I never thought I would marry a football player," she tells Leach. "We all have our perfect match, I have."
Although initial plans called for her former beau Hugh Hefner to walk her down the aisle, she says she's now having second thoughts about that.
"I think so, but I don't know yet," she says.

Things are getting serious between illusionist Criss Angel and Holly Madison, but don't expect him to pop the question any time soon.
"I actually made Criss a paper ring, but he won’t wear it," Madison, 28, told Usmagazine.com at Las Vegas club LAX on Friday. "When he starts wearing his paper ring, I will be the one to propose."

Added Angel: "You know, what Holly and I have is really something that money can’t buy. She is enough for me."
In between passionate kisses, the couple -- who were celebrating joint birthdays - Angel turned 41 on Friday - while Madison turns 29 on Dec. 23. - opened up about their Christmas plans.
"I am getting him all snowboarding stuff. But I’m not supposed to tell you that!" Madison whispered to Us.
The twosome - who hooked up after Madison Split from Hugh Hefner in October - will be ringing in 2009 in Las Vegas.

Holly Madison took her beau Criss Angel to Disneyland for the first time.

"I've never been to Disneyland in my entire life, never, ever, ever, ever, never," the 40-year-old magician told the Las Vegas Sun. "I've always wanted to go, but I just haven't had the opportunity."
Madison, 28 -- who lived near the theme park for years as a resident of the Playboy Mansion -- says she can't wait to introduce Angel, 40, to all the rides.
"My favorites are Indiana Jones and the Tower of Terror so we'll have to hit those, but [we'll go on] all of them," she said.
Added Angel: "She knows [Disneyland] inside and out."

The couple -- who hooked up after Madison split from Hugh Hefner in October -- flew to Anaheim on a private jet after Angel's Cirque du Soleil show Tuesday. (He doesn't perform on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so he told the paper he hopes to spend a fun-yet-hopefully-romantic getaway with Madison and a few of her friends at an on-site Disney resort before returning to Vegas on Thursday.)

Hugh Hefner's teenage sons, Marston and Cooper, are split on whether they would take after their dad in the dating department.
Before splitting earlier this year, 82-year-old Hef famously juggled three babes -- Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt. He is now dating 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.
"I'm not going to have multiple girlfriends -- not at the same time," 18-year-old Marston Hefner says in the January issue of Playboy "I can't imagine that."
His brother, 17-year-old Cooper Hefner, begs to differ.
"I can imagine doing that. I don't think it's an odd thing to do," he says. "You date around to try to find a connection with some girl."
Cooper admits he's "already gotten in trouble" and had the "revolving-door conversation" with his mother, former Playmate Kimberley Conrad.
"One girl comes in the front door while the other one gets pushed out the back," Cooper says, adding that his mother has told him, "'We do not have a revolving door in this house!'
"She's all about one girlfriend at a time," he says.

Cooper also says growing up in the Playboy mansion is overrated.
"They don’t get it when you say, 'There's nothing to do there,'" he says. "But when you live here and come here every single day, you see the same things.
"Anybody else would be like, 'Let's go see monkeys!' But I don't want to see monkeys," he goes on. "I'd rather go bowling than play with monkeys."
Though their dad is adored by many, they view him as a bad dancer.
"He is cool out there because his moves are so uncool," Marston says. "He's a disco inferno from another planet!"
Adds Cooper, "He's utterly confused, moving his body -— the fast shuffles, the crazy elbows -- as if he's not sure what he's doing. And all these girls on both sides are freaking on him. It should be awkward, but it isn't for him. It sort of works. Nobody alive can dance like him."

"I definitely want to be involved with the company," Cooper says. "If I were to take over the company or have a say in what's going on, I'd want the girls to be presented more as they were in the pictorials back in the 1950s and 1960s -— kind of artsy, classy. After Holly Madison recently told PEOPLE that her Girls Next Door costar Kendra Wilkinson had "better" make her a bridesmaid come Wilkinson's June nuptials to NFL star Hank Baskett, her wish has been granted.
Not only will Madison be a bridesmaid, but she "assumes" her and Wilkinson's costar, Bridget Marquardt, will also participate in the wedding.
"I'm really excited about it," Madison told PEOPLE before hosting Wednesday's third anniversary party for the Chicago hotspot RiNo. "If she needs any help planning, I'll pitch in. It's going to be a really great event – it's going to be amazing." And while Madison has yet to meet Wilkinson's fiancé, the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver will still need her stamp of approval.
"Ever since they met, I've just seen a difference in Kendra: she's matured, she's a more compassionate, considerate person," said Madison. "She's just grown up so much and just to see what he brings out in her is just amazing."
Loves Criss AngelShould her invitation to the wedding at the Playboy Mansion read "plus-one," Madison can bring her new boyfriend, illusionist Criss Angel, with whom she says she's "in love."
"I'm really, really happy," Madison gushed. "He's really, really fun, really sweet – he's so amazing to be around."
Though looking forward to her first Thanksgiving with Angel, Madison admits that the one potential damper in the new relationship was a possible bad reaction from Hugh Hefner.
"I thought I'd be fired, but I wasn't," she said with a laugh. Of the Playboy founder, she said, "We'll always be close friends, and we're always very supportive of each other's decisions – and we still work together well, thank God."

In fact, she said, "I'm in love with him."

Kendra Wilkinson of The Girls Next Door is engaged to football star Hank Baskett, according to her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner, who plans to give her away at a ceremony at the Playboy Mansion.
"[She] has met someone who she would like to spend the rest of her life with," Hefner said in a statement on Thursday.
The Playboy mogul says Baskett, a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, proposed to Wilkinson on Saturday.
"I have given her my blessing and will be giving her away at a very special wedding ceremony at the Playboy Mansion this coming June," the statement adds. Wilkinson isn't the only Girl Next Door finding love outside the Playboy Mansion. Costar Holly Madison, also one of Hefner's former girlfriends, recently stepped out with magician Criss Angel.

"Kendra Wilkinson has met someone who she would like to spend the rest of her life with," Hefner tells Us. "He popped the question last Saturday.
"I have given her my blessing and will be giving her away at a very special wedding ceremony at the Playboy Mansion this coming June," he continued.

Meanwhile, Hefner's other ex, Holly Madison (from whom he split in October), continues to heat up with illusionist Criss Angel.
The pair locked lips and held hands at the premiere of "Criss Angel Believe by Cirque Du Soleil" on Halloween night in Las Vegas.
And don't worry about Hefner, 82: He has already moved on with 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.

Angel and Madison have been spotted kissing and snuggling over the last several weeks in Las Vegas, but remain somewhat coy about their relationship.
"This is one of the most special evenings for me in my life and I can not think of a more beautiful person, a more special person, inside and out, than Holly to spend it with," Angel said on the opening night of his new Cirque Du Soleil show, "Believe," in Las Vegas.When asked how he and Madison got together, he replied, "I got lucky. I didn't have a date and so she said, 'I'll come'. She makes me look good."
Following the show, Angel, hand-in-hand with Madison, headed to a private after-party in conjunction with his show's opening night.

Hugh Hefner's exes Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson are definitely leaving the Playboy Mansion.
"Holly and Kendra are moving out right now," Bridget Marquardt told Usmagazine.com Thursday at the Playboy fragrance launch in NYC. "I don't know how much longer I'll be there.
"I've been doing a travel channel show," she says, "so to be honest, I'm not even there that much at the moment anyway."
(Of Hef, she said, "We are talking about doing season six [of Girls Next Door]. We have a lot of fun ideas so keep watching!")

Holly Madison isn't jealous that Hugh Hefner has already moved on with 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.
In fact, she tells Usmagazine.com, she introduced the three after she directed their Playmate pictorial this summer.
"They're a lot of fun," she told Us Monday at the 2008 "Bowling for Boobies" bash in Hollywood. "I would never try to personally pick Hef's new girlfriend. I would like him to take his time and actually get to know somebody -- which he never does! But as long as he's having fun, I'm happy for him!
"He's having lots of fun with them -- and a lot of other people!" she added.

Despite the girls' criminal backgrounds (they pleaded no contest in August to felony battery and were ordered to pay restitution), Madison, 28, told Us, "I think that they're in a good place right now and hopefully will stay out of trouble.
"They are a little young and definitely like to have a good time," she went on. "I just hope that they can take this new fame with a level head."
(Madison, for the record, said she is still single but is "having lots of fun going out with my girlfriends!" Asked if she's still living at the mansion, she told Us, "I haven't really changed anything. Like, as far as the whole transition thing, I just leave that up to Hef to talk about and make decisions on. Everything's good.")

Kendra Wilkinson told Us over the weekend she wasn't surprised Hef, 82, moved on so fast.
"I mean, Hef will always be Hef," she said at the Most Interesting Show in the World event in Hollywood on Saturday. "You can never change him. Hef will keep going on. He'll keep loving women, keep loving the big boobs and blondes.

She added, "I'll always be there for him. We're all still friends. Nothing is going to change that."
