Lance Armstrong admits he's not a marathon man in the sack while competing in the Tour de France.
"I had sex if I had the energy. I wasn't one of those guys who believed in the myths about the guy losing his chi," he says in October's Men's Journal (as excerpted by the Huffington Post).
"But the fact is that if you are riding your bike five, six, seven hours a day, you are not a sex champion. You're just not. You have fatigue, low testosterone and a lower libido."
Grinning, he adds, "But you know, I never got any complaints."
The 36-year-old cyclist — who recently split with Kate Hudson — also admits he doesn't date a lot.
"I think it's hard for me, or for anyone in my position, to call someone up and say, 'Hey, can I take you on a date?'" he says. "It's never like that. I meet people casually, while hanging out with friends, so there's less pressure."
He declines to open up about Hudson, saying, "I made a mistake to let the public into my relationship with Sheryl [Crow], even though it didn't feel like a mistake at the time.
"It put a lot of pressure on the relationship, and I will never do it again," he adds.
Armstrong has been said to have a type — his past loves, Crow, designer Tory Burch and Hudson, all have similar features.
"Of course, I have a type," he tells the magazine. "But doesn't everyone have a type? So shut up!"

Kate Hudson is opening up once again on just how well she gets along with her ex Chris Robinson.
"Look — we're still basically living together! We've figured it out," the actress, 29, tells the October issue of Cosmopolitan. "I mean, obviously, nothing's perfect, but I could never look at [our divorce] as a mistake.
"If anything," she adds, "it’s the best thing that ever happened to us."
After nearly six years of marriage, Robinson filed for divorce from Hudson in 2006.

Hudson recently told W that, while she is reluctant to chat about any recent romances (ahem, Lance Armstrong!), she could "talk about Chris till the dogs come home.
"I married Chris, I had a baby with Chris, Chris will be in my life for the rest of my life," she said.
She told W that she and their son Ryder, 4, "iChat with Chris constantly.
"No matter what is going on in my life, relationship-wise, Chris takes absolute precedence," she said. "It's important for Ryder to hear me say how wonderful Chris is, and how much Chris misses him."

| KATE HUDSON SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING HAIR CARE IDEA Blog |
Kate Hudson is having a bad hair day.
Los Angeles-based 220 Laboratories is suing the actress, 29, and hairstylist David Babaii for fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, among other complaints.
The company claims she and Babaii stole a top-secret recipe to create their own line of hair care products.
In its suit, 220 Laboratories says it was the only supplier of volcanic ash in the United States and that it entered an “oral contract” with Hudson and Babaii in 2006 to develop and manufacture hair products.

The company claims that, after revealing their “confidential” ingredient list to Hudson and Babaii in November, the two then took the ash samples and shopped around to find a cheaper deal.
220 Laboratories claims Hudson and Babaii even used promo footage of the 220 team collecting ash with their new manufacturer, Universal.
220 Laboratories is seeking an unspecified amount in damages and attorneys' fees, as well as an injunction against competitors' use of their products.
"Kate and her attorneys are only just learning of the complaint, as Kate has not yet been served," her rep tells E! News. "Kate does not know the plaintiffs and has never met with them or spoken with them. Her representatives believe that the claims are baseless and without merit and intend to vigorously defend the lawsuit."

4, at R+D Kitchen on Santa Monica's Montana Avenue. The mother-son duo was
especially playful during their meal, a source tells us. After
munching on chicken salad and chatting with friends at a neighboring table,
Hudson had a little fun with Ryder over dessert – dabbing his face with
whipped cream! "She looked relaxed," a fellow diner says of the actress.
When it was time to go, the two left with Ryder carrying the
leftovers.
• Pamela Anderson, bringing BFF (and celebrity
photographer) David LaChapelle and a group of friends to West
Hollywood bar the Abbey. The group ordered some drinks – and "were
having a really great time hanging out."
• Isla Fisher, taking daughter Olive, 9 months, for a play
date in Beverly Hills's Coldwater Canyon park after a photo shoot at Smashbox Studios. Olive loved the swings, and
looked thrilled while holding onto her little toy pony while riding. When
her daughter began to tire, Fisher brought her over to the lawn where the
two read a book.
• Lance Bass threw an Olympics viewing party for 300 of his
friends at his house in the Hollywood Hills. The attire for the evening?
Vintage sportswear, of course. (Think high socks and headbands!) The
revelers even indulged in some athletics of their own, namely beer pong and
a flip cup tournament with multiple teams. Bass and good friend Jamie Lynn Sigler munched on burritos from Chipotle during the bash, which also
drew out Heidi Montag and J.C. Chasez. If the
games weren't enough, the host fully embraced the athletic theme with his
decor: He outfitted his front yard with a big, faux Olympic torch.

“It’s so hard for me, because I’m so open, to hold back," she says. "I could really just go on forever about this stuff.

She says she has no regrets about spending her 20s tending to son Ryder, 4, instead of hitting the clubs.

She also revealed the downside to her free-spirited personality.
“I have this thing where it’s like, okay, I’ve chosen to bungee jump off this ledge. I have to do it," Hudson says. "And if the cord snaps, well, I might as well enjoy the ride down.”

That's right, thanks to Chicago director Rob Marshall, Fergie will play a prostitute in the movie musical Nine, alongside those Oscar night faves, according to an Associated Press interview.
"I'm speechless," says Fergie, 33, who will sing a duet, "Be Italian," with Day-Lewis.
"[My character] introduces him to the world of sexuality," said the Grammy winner. "It's a very strong song. I'm just thrilled I get to play a character."That's not all she's psyched about: The "London Bridge" singer can't wait to watch her costars in action when filming begins in October.
"I'm definitely going to be a sponge on set," said Fergie. "I want to pick up on everything that all these brilliant actors are bringing to the table."
She added: "I'm probably going to be the quietest that I've ever been while working just because I want to watch and learn."
But Fergie is no big-screen rookie: She's also appeared in Poseidon and last year's Grindhouse.
And in other Fergalicious news, the singer is currently working a new album with the Black Eyed Peas.
"It's a new sound," she said. "We're not doing the same old thing. We're not trying to copy what's out there on the radio. We're being artistic and pushing the envelope."

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong called it quits this weekend after a three-month romance that went public when they were spotted in Austin, Texas in mid-May, Usmagazine.com exclusively reports.
"There was no drama or ugliness – They just decided to end things," a source close to the couple tells Us. "There is no hatred, just sadness."
The pair quickly became inseparable with sightings of them in Austin, New York and Los Angeles – though both dodged questions about their relationship.
In the short time they were together, the 29-year-old actress was seen with the 36-year-old cyclist at many of his races and events, including his three-day Lance Armstrong Livestrong Summit in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend.
It was at the conference that Hudson and Armstrong decided to go their separate ways, a source tells Us.

Each had introduced the other to family. Hudson's mom Goldie Hawn gave what seemed to be her approval at a July 1 lunch at The Ivy at the Shore. Also, Hudson's four-year-old son Ryder went to a Father's Day brunch with Armstrong — and dad Chris Robinson – in June.
A rep for Armstrong had no comment while a rep for Hudson could not be reached.

with Aussie designers after shooting her adventure comedy Down Under.

Door. The dapper actor sported jeans, a white T-shirt and a Members Only
jacket – and spent his time talking up host Jason Scoppa next
to the deejay booth. But when he was finished chatting, Gosling sat at a
