How did Samantha Ronson bounce back from her recent hospital visit for exhaustion? By enjoying lots of R&R and avoiding airport restaurants, the deejay tells PEOPLE.
"I'm doing much better," says Ronson, who briefly visited Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Dec. 21 for what she later said was exhaustion. "Lots of sleep, movies and meals outside of airports will do wonders!"
Ronson unwound with girlfriend Lindsay Lohan Monday night at Louis Bar Miami at Gansevoort South. The duo, in town for Ronson's New Year's Eve deejay gig at Mansion, "seemed really relaxed," says a Lohan pal. In other Lohan news, a pal denies Michael Lohan's recent claim that Ronson wrote Lohan's recent MySpace celebrity blog posting, in which Lohan accused Michael of cheating on her mom and revealed that she had a half-sibling (Michael denied Lohan's allegations).
"Lindsay loves her MySpace blogs," says the Lohan pal, "and everything on there comes directly from her."

The Palins welcome a baby!
Bristol Palin, the daughter of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, and her fiance, Levi Johnston, have given birth to a boy, named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, according to TMZ. Bristol delivered Tripp on Sunday.
"I'm going to take him hunting and fishing," Johnston said of his son back in October. "He'll be everywhere with me."

Bristol, 18, and Johnston, 18, are engaged and plan to wed this summer.

Johnston -- a hockey player from Wasilla, Alaska, who dropped out of high school to take a job as an apprentice electrician -- was by Bristol's side throughout the campaign and even displayed a "Bristol" tattoo on his ring finger at the GOP convention. He told the Associated Press that there had been no pressure put on him to marry Bristol and that the two teens had made plans to wed before it was known she was pregnant.
"We both love each other," Johnston said. "We both want to marry each other. And that's what we are going to do. We were planning on getting married a long time ago with or without the kid."
Johnston has been optimistic about parenthood throughout the pregnancy.
"We're up for it," he said. "I'm excited to have my first kid. It's going to be a lot of hard work, but we can handle it."
Two days before Bristol was due to give birth, Johnston's mother was arrested in an undercover drug investigation. Sherry Johnston was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.
As for Palin, in addition to being the first woman nominated by the Republican Party to run on a national ticket, she is now also a first-time grandmother. The new baby also comes eight months after Palin, 44, gave birth to her and husband Todd's fifth child, Trig.
On Sept. 1, just days after Senator John McCain made Palin his running mate, the Alaskan governor announced that Bristol was five months pregnant and that she intended to keep the baby and marry Johnston.

"Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned, " the Palins wrote in a statement. "As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support. Palin also asked the media to respect the young couple's privacy, as has been the tradition of children of candidates. During the campaign, however, Bristol's teenage pregnancy came up in several debates about Palin's pro-life platform.

Even Lindsay Lohan thought the coverage of the mom-to-be was distracting.
"I get Sarah Palin's views against abortion, but I would much prefer to hear more about what she can do for our country, rather than how her daughter is going to have a child no matter what," Lohan said in September.

Lindsay Lohan got a major surprise this holiday season!
On Tuesday the actress revealed on her MySpace blog, "My father just let my family and I know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks..."
Reports that Michael Lohan, father of Michael, Lindsay, Ali and Cody Lohan, might have had an illegitimate child surfaced in June when a woman named Kristi Horn claimed that she'd had a daughter by him 13 years ago.
At the time, the former Wall Street broker admitted that the two were seeing each other while he was separated from his now ex-wife Dina Lohan but flip-flopped as to whether he'd gotten her pregnant. In October, he said that an official paternity test had not yet been performed.

On her MySpace blog, Lohan sends her love to all of her family members except her father. She also reveals that she'll be spending the holidays with her girlfriend in LA.
"I love my Mom, Aliana, Cody, Michael, and my Nana Sullivan!! I will be missing them this Christmas as it is the first one I am spending away from home. I am spending it with Samantha in Los Angeles."

Lindsay Lohan has a half-sibling, she revealed Wednesday on her MySpace celebrity blog."My father just let my family and [me] know, amongst other [things] that he had another child after my little sister Aliana," Lohan, 22, writes in a post titled "Random Thoughts."
She continues: "Or maybe he had it before Aliana?? Either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks." It is being reported that Michael Lohan's other child is a girl. Efforts to reach Michael Lohan for comment were not successful.
Noting that she's "going through a lot right now," Lohan grows introspective in the entry.
"I think that people go through a lot in life," she writes. "And the things that we go through, whatever they may be, simply just make us stronger in the long run. That is, if we actually take what it is we have learned from our mistakes and teach ourselves what NOT to do in the future."
Likens Self to BritneyIn her post, the actress also says she plans to spend the holidays in Los Angeles with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
"It is the first one I am spending away from home," Lohan writes. The actress also sends out holiday wishes to her mother, grandmother and siblings, Aliana, Cody and Michael.
Lohan also says that she identifies with another celebrity who has struggled publicly this year: Britney Spears.
But Lohan looks to Spears's recent comeback – her successful new album Circus and upcoming tour – as another learning opportunity.
"[Upheavals teach] young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments," she writes. "At the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and see who you really are."
Continues the post: "So YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams."

"Thanks for all your messages, I'm home and all good," the deejay writes. "I was just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much to buy Chanukah gifts and my Jewish mother was worried about me."

After a visit to a Los Angeles hospital Sunday afternoon, Samantha Ronson is thanking supporters on her MySpace blog."Thanks for all your messages," Ronson, 31, wrote in a post on Sunday. "I'm home and all good. Was just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much to buy Chanukah gifts and my Jewish mother was worried about me." Ronson went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, arriving with girlfriend Lindsay Lohan. The night before, the pair were at Hollywood's Ecco Ultra Lounge, where Ronson spun along with Adam 12 and Benji Madden. Lohan left the club before the end of Ronson's set.
As for her recovery, Ronson writes: "I had good company and a Jerry's Deli delivery of chicken soup and potato pancakes and am feeling much better. [I] am back to watching all my favourite Jerry Bruckheimer shows."

For the record, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are still together. And sick of questions from the paparazzi.
Lohan, 22, took to her celebrity MySpace page to "prove all the liars wrong" about her relationship with Ronson.
"[The paparazzi] should just stop asking altogether, once and for all if she and I are broken up because frankly, if we ever, ever did ... I would say it before they could even think of asking," Lohan, 22, wrote. "I'd say it here probably ... I say everything here on MySpace."The posting came after some photographers asked Lohan about the rumors while she was out with another friend.
"I was out with my friend Jamie and paparazzi wouldn't stop asking me where Samantha was," Lohan wrote. "I'm not writing this blog because I feel like I need to prove that I'm with my girl to anyone at all. It's just annoying. And I want to vent."
Last week on MySpace, Lohan responded to rumors of the breakup. She has said she likes to post on the site where "people can get to know the REAL me."

• Also at Crown Bar that night: Hayden Panettiere, who made a brief appearance, but mostly was interested in texting people
on her phone. 90210's AnnaLynne McCord hung out by the
dance floor, and Joel and Benji Madden dropped in to chat
with friends.
• Mariah Carey, hanging out with Nick
Cannon following her performance on the Grammy Award nomination special.The singer and her hubby headed to Club Nokia for the official afterparty,
celebrating the Grammy Museum's grand opening. And while Carey was low-key,
her husband was possibly the most enthusiastic guest at the party. An
onlooker says he could barely stay seated (in the VIP section) during a
performance by The Time, snapping along and mouthing all the words. Later in
the show, Cannon put his arms around his wife and serenaded her, singing
along with the band to their song "Gigolos Get Lonely Too." Nearby,
Janet Jackson, in a tuxedo-like outfit, stuck close to
Jermaine Dupri.
• While in New York, Britney Spears shared a
family outing at FAO Schwarz. The pop star took sons, Jayden, 2, and
Preston, 3, along with her mother and father, to the store to scout out toy
cars by Bruder. According to a source, the toy piano was a bit hit for the
family.
• Also doing some shopping: a solo Lindsay Lohan at the Apple store at The Grove in Los Angeles, where she picked up a new iPod.
• Gerard Butler, enjoying the sunshine – and
lunch outside at Asia de Cuba at Los Angeles's Mondrian Hotel. The hunky
actor ordered the rock shrimp tempura.

Lindsay Lohan is a fake – according to Facebook, that is.
After learning that the networking site shut down her profile thinking that she was an impostor, Lohan took to her MySpace blog to rant.
"At first I laughed," Lohan writes, "but then I got angry. Angry because, with ALL the people that PRETEND to be me on Facebook, they decide to say I AM THE FAKE." The actress, 22, said she was writing the blog on MySpace, which she loves "because it is secure," in hopes that Facebook would reactivate her account just as she left it – "same friends, same e-mails, same 'pets' and so on."
"People at MySpace don't disable your account because they think that you are a fake you," she adds.

"just to clear this up.. because i have been getting a lot of emails asking me this one question […] samantha ronson and lindsay lohan (me) are NOT breaking up." Lohan then added a smile and signed-off with, "take care xxLL."
Only last month, Lohan credited her relationship with deejay Ronson, 31, in helping to keep her grounded.
"She's a wonderful person and I love her very much," said Lohan.

Despite rumors, Lindsay Lohan says she and girlfriend Samantha Ronson are not calling it quits.
On Monday, she blogged on her MySpace page: "Oy vey! Rumors. Just to clear this up, because I have been getting a lot of emails asking me this one question ... Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan (me) are NOT breaking up."
To highlight how blissful things are, the actress noted the song she is currently listening to: "Happy Together" by The Turtles.
In December's Harper's Bazaar, Lohan declared her love for the celeb deejay.
"She's a wonderful person and I love her very much," she said.
But she added that she isn't comfortable talking about their romance.
"I feel like it jinxes it," said the star. "It's hard. The second I start talking about whomever I'm seeing, a month or two later it's failed."

Lohan famously scrawled vulgar words about the actress on a Big Apple bathroom stall 2½ years ago.
"That's what I heard," Johansson says of the incident. "I don’t know what the motivation was behind that. I remember it was something really vulgar — I mean, shockingly so, like, 'Whoa, what, who are you?'"
Not everyone in Hollywood has a beef with the actress. Woody Allen once called her his muse.
But the Vicky Cristina Barcelona star tells Allure, "I don't inspire that work that Woody does. I'm just lucky to fit into the 'young woman' category in his movies. But make no mistake, I know that if it wasn't me, it would be someone else."
Another Johansson fan? Katy Perry, who penned the tune "I Kissed a Girl" after her.
"I had no idea [about the song] -- I should get a cut!" she says. "That's flattering, but my lips are kind of taken."

After being pelted with a flour bomb for wearing what appeared to be fur, Lindsay Lohan got public support from an angry Samantha Ronson.
"The girl who threw [the flour] acted like an animal herself," Ronson, 30, says on her MySpace blog. "I take that back, it's an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than that person."
She adds: "I think there are plenty of families that could have used that flour for a meal. Nice job, lady." A member of People for the Ethical Treatment Animals threw the powder at the Mean Girls star, 22, as she arrived at Paris's VIP Room Theater in the early hours of Saturday with Ronson. The nightclub's owner helped Lohan dust off her blue sequined dress and the apparent black fur stole that sparked the activists' ire before she posed on the red carpet.
"It's a pity that some groups feel the need to assault people as opposed to fighting with words," Ronson writes. "Whenever I feel the need to vent about something that feels unfair to me I reach for my computer, I don't run out of the house with abusive intentions. I don't expect everyone to react the same way, but I do expect people to respect each other."

Lindsay Lohan got a face full of flour Saturday as she stepped out at a Paris nightclub in a black fur stole.
Out at Paris' VIP Room Theater with girlfriend Samantha Ronson, Lohan, 22, had a bag of flour dumped on her shortly before 1 a.m. by a French activist who called the actress a "fur hag."

"There is nothing remotely 'fashionable' about the torture and death of animals killed for fur," animal rights group PETA's Robbie LeBlanc told Usmagazine.com in a statement following the incident. "Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all."

This is not the first time Lohan has come under fire for wearing fur.
PETA named her to their annual Worst Dressed List earlier this year. "I Know Who Killed Me isn't just the title of Lindsay Lohan's latest bomb, it's the cry of the animals snuffed out so that this 'mean girl' can pose in their pelts," the organization said.

Atlantic flight at Los Angeles International Airport, a hoodie-clad Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were totally inseparable. The
pair "cozied up" at the bar of Roadhouse Route 66 in Terminal 2, where they
checked on the L.A. Lakers game on television and flipped through the menu,
an onlooker tells us. But the couple decided they wanted their food to go – and ventured next
door to Burger King, where they laughed and chatted. As they waited for
their order, "Ronson pulled on Lohan's hood affectionately," the onlooker
says.
• Diddy, working out with his
female trainer at Equinox inside New York's Time Warner Center. Dressed
casually in a T-shirt and sweats, the music mogul was doing leg presses as
his trainer watched his form. Next up on his regimen: sit-ups on the
floor.
• He may have been eliminated from Dancing with the Stars earlier in the
evening, but that didn't stop Maurice Green from partying with

Lindsay Lohan says people shouldn't be surprised that she is dating deejay Samantha Ronson.
"I think it's pretty obvious who I'm seeing," she tells December's Harper's Bazaar. "I think it's no shock to anyone that it's been going on for quite some time. ... She's a wonderful person and I love her very much."

Has she been with a girl before? "I don't know. Maybe," she says.
Asked if she considers herself bisexual, Lohan, 22, says, "Maybe. Yeah."
A lesbian? "No," Lohan says.
"I don't want to classify myself," she explains. "First of all, you never know what's going to happen — tomorrow, in a month, a year from now, five years from now.

"I appreciate people, and it doesn't matter who they are, and I feel blessed to be able to feel comfortable enough with myself that I can say that," she adds.

"It's never really come up as an issue," she says. "We're close; we've been through a lot. They're supportive of me whether I'm with a guy or a girl. They're just supportive of me as a person.
Even her 14-year-old sister Ali "is like, 'Whatever it is, I support you. I probably won't ever do what it is you're doing, but I'm happy for you,'" Lohan says. "Ali's very mature. I've told her that it's okay to like a boy or a girl if you're comfortable with it, and it's something you believe you want to do. And I told her not to be afraid of who she wants to be."

(As for her dad, Michael, bashing Ronson? "It doesn't bother me as much as embarrass and hurt me," Lohan says. "And put a knife in my back.")
Lohan goes on to say she wants kids of her own ... but doesn't know when.
"I don't know if I could really set a time because then it's like pressure to do it and failure if I don't," she says. "It shouldn't be about that. It should be about knowing that you're ready."
Besides, she adds, "I still need to be in charge of taking care of myself and getting my s--t in line and buying a house."
Lohan spent close to five months in rehab in 2007.

Things are better these days, she says.
"I did it to myself, and I have to deal with the consequences," she says. "I'm thankful for what I can take out of it. Now I feel clear. That's my past, and I'm a different person now. "And I think that I'm happy."

Since writing a blog post denouncing voters for passing an animal rights proposition, while rejecting gay rights measures, Samantha Ronson has received an inbox full of "furious emails" from animal activists, she says.
"I apparently offended some animal lovers," Lindsay Lohan's gal pal writes in a new MySpace entry. "Um, really people? I love animals as much as anyone, I don't eat pork – so for those of you fighting that good fight against me ... shut up!"Last week, Ronson, 31, wrote an entry on her MySpace celebrity blog comparing the newly-granted animal rights to the rejection of several gay rights initiatives in various states."I just think it's frightening that people show more compassion for tomorrow's dinner than for the chef," she wrote at the time.
Defending her stance, Ronson writes in the new post: "I was just pointing out the fact that people in California seem to care more about animal rights than human rights … I'm not running around killing chickens for fun or firing a slingshot at a squirrel."
And if people still have a problem with her political stances, she says, "don't read my blogs. It's that simple!"

Lindsay Lohan may have experienced growing pains going in and out of rehab last year, but the newly grounded actress admits to regaining control of herself and being happy with her life.
"I'm a different person now," Lohan tells Harper's Bazaar for its December issue. "I'm happy."
The road to happiness has been a long one for Lohan. Before entering treatment centers at Cirque Lodge and Promises for DUI and possession of drugs, Lohan, 22, admits feeling lonely. "I was going to clubs all the time and it was not okay. I was so alone." But she has taken responsibility for her downward spiral and ready to move forward. "I did it to myself and I have to deal with the consequences. I'm thankful for what I can take out of it. Now I feel clear," she says.
Not a LesbianHaving a clear head and a growing relationship with deejay Samantha Ronson is one aspect that Lohan can rely on in becoming her new self.
"She's a wonderful person and I love her very much," said Lohan.
Though the two have not commented publicly on the exact nature of their relationship, the Mean Girls star admits to labeling herself as a bisexual and answers "no" to being a lesbian. "I don't want to classify myself," she says.
"I feel like it jinxes it,” she quips. "It's hard. The second I start talking about whomever I'm seeing, a month or two later it's failed."

Lindsay Lohan's gal pal Samantha Ronson expressed shock that voters approved an animal-rights initiative but rejected measures for gay marriage and adoption.
"I guess people care more about farm animals than they do their fellow man, that's really sad to me," Ronson, 21, blogs on her MySpace page. "Yes, I am glad that the chickens will have more room and better conditions as they wait to die, but I just think it's frightening that people show more compassion for tomorrow's dinner than for the chef."
California voters Tuesday approved a proposition freeing chickens from small cages, but people in California, Florida and Arizona passed measures banning same-same marriages, while Arkansas voters barred unmarried couples from adopting or being foster parents."Yup, Miss Piggy and Chicken Little may rest easy, but gay people in Florida and California can no longer get married and gay couples in Arkansas can't adopt children," writes Ronson. "G-d forbid a loving family (regardless of sexual orientation) give a needy child a home!"
"Oh well," adds Ronson, a supporter of Barack Obama, "I guess one out of four ain't bad!"

"Obama for president :)" she writes on her MySpace Celebrity blog.
But the actress also offered a bipartisan message, encouraging everyone to hit the polls this Election Day.
"I cannot say how important it is for everyone to get out there ...," she writes. "Vote – because your thoughts are worth it. VOTE – because YOU can make this country a better place. VOTE – because you can." The Mean Girls star also urges readers to vote down two controversial initiatives on the California ballot: Proposition 8 (which attempts to ban gay marriage) and Proposition 4 (which requires parents to get 48-hours notice before any doctor performs an abortion on a minor).

dressed as Freddie Mercury. Why? "He's my icon," she told us at the
bash. And Perry lined up plenty of thrills for the guests, which included
friends Josh Groban and Cisco Adler. There was a
photo booth that resembled a coffin, finger food and a little twist on the
game bobbing for apples: Party guests could bob for body parts! Perry and
her friends sipped on Malibu Rum cocktails and enjoyed birthday cake that
resembled "a dead person." Said the singer: "It's pretty disgusting."
• Are they patching things up? Entourage star Adrian Grenier and former girlfriend Isabel Lucas, dining with a
group of friends at Koi in Los Angeles. "He kept her close by his side all
night," says a source.
• A CD release party with a religious twist? Rapper Q-Tip celebrated his new album The Renaissance at New York's Bowery
Hotel with producer Mark Ronson, who emceed the Target bash and told the crowd it was like Q-Tip's "black Bar Mitzvah." Ronson then
recited a Hebrew blessing as partygoers laughed.

• Speaking of geishas, Avril Lavigne was dressed like one for an early Halloween celebration at Key Club in West Hollywood, where she belted out Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" during a special performance. The punky singer sang with a band that included her hubby Deryck Whibley, who wore a nurse's costume and Joker-like face paint. Lavigne was introduced as "Mrs. Whibley" and "sounded amazing" during her turn on the mic, a source says. When they weren't performing, the singer and her rocker husband shared a table at the nightspot with Mischa Barton, who was without a costume, though she did wear a headband for her night out.
• At Hyde Lounge in Los Angeles, Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson double-dated with Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. The foursome sat in a booth and enjoyed dessert. "They were having a great time hanging out with each other," an onlooker says. When they weren't eating, the couples danced off the calories.
• Natalie Portman, eating some pumpkin soup during a visit to French eatery comme Ça in Los Angeles. The actress dined with eight people and was definitely talking business, an onlooker says. Also at the restaurant: Courtney Love, who ordered the soup, a salad and a lemon tart. The rocker was also having a business meeting, and an onlooker reports that she had clothing samples at her table.
• Dave Annable and Matthew Rhys made the most of hosting the DKNY dinner at BondST in Los Angeles, charming the table of (mostly) ladies with a constant stream of jokes and self-deprecation. Annable got a nice surprise when he arrived to find himself sitting next to actress Emmy Rossum. "They were really cute and seemed to hit if off right away," says a fellow guest.
• Sharon Stone, browsing the denim section at Live On Sunset in Los Angeles. The actress picked up a pair of AG jeans and "was friendly, polite, quiet and looked beautiful," an onlooker says.
• Katie Lee Joel, grabbing a candy-themed cocktail and mingling with guests at a party for Dylan's Candy Bar on New York's Upper East Side. Also at the bash: Ivanka Trump and director Woody Allen, who led his children Bechet and Manzie around the store looking at the colorful candy displays with wife Soon-Yi Previn.
