Scott Wolf and his wife of four years, Kelley, are expecting their first child, a baby boy, their representative confirms to PEOPLE.
The former Party of Five star, 40, told Access Hollywood that he and Kelley, 32, who appeared on Real World: New Orleans, are both very "excited" at the prospect of becoming parents.
In 2006, when asked about having children, Wolf told PEOPLE, "That's the plan."
Kelley is about five a month along, PEOPLE confirms, and this is great news for the couple, who earlier this year encountered a health scare.
After a lumpectomy, however, it was discovered that Kelley's breast tumor was benign.

the India Hicks Island body lotion.
Taking a break from cheering on her quarterback beau Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson enjoyed a fun lunch with three

spicy tuna sushi, lobster spring rolls, octopus nigiri and pineapple cheese
wontons.
Penn Badgley, milling about and enjoying the

little political at the party, which featured a performance by Wyclef Jean, who launched into a pro-Obama freestyle. "I'm
infinitely excited to actually have a say," Badgley, 21, said about voting
in November, before heading inside the bash. Also at the party: Tony Hawk and Cee-Lo Green of Gnarls Barkley.

SHIA LABEOUF CALLS CAR CRASH 'EYE-OPENING' Blog
Calling his July 27 traffic accident "eye-opening and terrifying," Shia LaBeouf considers himself lucky to be alive.
"The car hit me at 70 m.p.h.," the Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star, 22, tells Entertainment Tonight in his first interview since his truck flipped over on a West Hollywood street.
"It was one of the biggest things that's happened to me, for sure, in my life," said LaBeouf. "I'm grateful to be here." The actor was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries he sustained to his head, left hand and knee. Not seriously hurt were the passenger riding with him, as well as the driver of the other car involved in the crash.
At the hospital, LaBeouf was cited for misdemeanor DUI because "he was showing obvious signs of intoxication from the smell of alcohol coming from his breath," sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf told PEOPLE.
However, the actor has yet to be formally charged with any crime.
In addition, LaBeouf may not be at fault for the accident, because the other driver was found to have run a red light, a sheriff's spokesman said.

HAYDEN PANETTIERE'S DAD ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE Blog
Hayden Panettiere's father, Alan, was arrested early Monday morning at the family's West Hollywood home for felony domestic violence, sheriffs confirm to PEOPLE.
"There was a domestic argument between the mother and father," Sgt. Scott Wolf of the West Hollywood sheriff's said. "He got upset and struck the mother in the face one or two times on the left cheek which caused some bruising. From what I'm told, he hit her with a closed fist.
"The mother called police shortly before 3 a.m., and Mr. Panettiere was taken into custody," Sgt. Wolf added. "He's been cooperative. Earlier, they were at a party and the husband apparently felt disrespected by his wife."On Sunday evening, Hayden hosted a benefit for the Whaleman Foundation at Eva Longoria's Beso restaurant in Hollywood, also attended by her parents.
Wolf said that Alan Panettiere, 49, who has not yet given deputies his version of events, was arrested on the felony charge instead of a misdemeanor because "there were visible signs of injury" on 52-year-old Lesley Vogel's face. TMZ.com first reported the incident.
It's unclear whether either party was intoxicated or if anyone else was home at the time.
Alan Panettiere is currently in custody, pending $50,000 bail.

ANGIE EVERHART'S BOYFRIEND ARRESTED FOR BATTERY Blog
Angie Everhart's boyfriend was arrested Thursday in West Hollywood for investigation of spousal battery following an "incident" between the two that caused minor injuries, police say.
The unidentified man was booked by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on the misdemeanor charge.
"There was an incident involving Angie Everhart and her boyfriend," says sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf. "He was gone from the location of the incident before deputies arrived. There were minor injuries but they did not require medical attention. He was subsequently booked for misdemeanor spousal battery."A rep for Everhart was not immediately available for comment.
Everhart, 38, has had her own problems with authorities. In May, she was formally charged with DUI following her arrest for allegedly rolling past a limit line at a stop sign. She later pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of misdemeanor reckless driving, KCBS-TV reported.

ATTORNEY: SHIA LABEOUF'S HAND 'CRUSHED' IN TRAFFIC COLLISION Blog
Shia LaBeouf's left hand was "crushed" in a weekend traffic accident and runs the risk of infection, the actor's lawyer said Friday.
"The force of (the) impact immediately flipped Shia's vehicle over, and, as a result, Shia's left hand was crushed," said his attorney Michael Norris in a statement.
"Shia underwent four hours of surgery on Sunday and has been recovering since then," the statement continues. "His doctors remain hopeful that he will fully recover, but due to extensive surgery and the nature of the injuries, there remains a substantial risk of both infection and other complications."
LaBeouf, 22, suffered the injuries when his truck collided with another vehicle in West Hollywood at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
"We have also received information that suggests that the other driver may have been traveling upwards of 50 mph, and that said driver may not have been looking forward at the time of the accident," the lawyer says. On Tuesday, a Los Angeles County sheriff's spokesman said that LaBeouf, whose passenger was Transformers 2 costar Isabel Lucas, may not have been at fault for the crash. No one was seriously injured in the wreck.
"We have strong evidence that the other driver ran a red light," sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said. "The case is still under investigation."
Shortly after the accident, LaBeouf was cited for misdemeanor DUI because "he was showing obvious signs of intoxication from the smell of alcohol coming from his breath," sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf told PEOPLE.
The actor has yet to be formally charged with any crime.

ISABEL LUCAS DODGES QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIA LABEOUF CAR ACCIDENT Blog
Transformers star Isabel Lucas stayed mum when asked by photographers Tuesday about being a passenger in Shia LaBeouf's truck when they crashed early Sunday morning, leading to his DUI arrest.
"She's okay, we're good," boyfriend Adrian Grenier said as he and the actress walked together in L.A.
"This is not the time for an interview," he added.
Lucas, 23, told the photog: "Thanks for supporting us."
When asked how LaBeouf, 22, is doing following surgery on his hand Sunday, she nodded. (Watch video of the exchange at TMZ.com.)
LaBeouf's mom told Usmagazine.com Monday: "He is doing really well."
On Tuesday, police determined that LaBeouf was not at fault for the crash because the other car involved apparently ran a red light.
"Officers at the scene determined that neither his passenger, nor the other driver, were seriously injured so the charge is misdemeanor DUI," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf told Us. The actor, Lucas and the other driver were treated for minor injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

"Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month," his lawyers said in the statement Sunday.
LaBeouf opened up about his struggles with alcohol in September's Details.
"I don't know how to have one drink," he said.

COPS: SHIA LABEOUF MAY NOT HAVE CAUSED CRASH Blog
Shia LaBeouf may not have been at fault in a crash that flipped his truck early Sunday morning in West Hollywood, according to authorities.
"It appears he was not at fault," Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said Tuesday. "We have strong evidence that the other driver ran a red light."
After the accident, LaBeouf, 22, was booked on suspicion of DUI at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, where he received extensive surgery on injuries to his left hand."He was showing obvious signs of intoxication from the smell of alcohol coming from his breath," Sgt. Scott Wolf told PEOPLE.
In the car with LaBeouf was his Transformers 2 costar Isabel Lucas, 23, who, in addition to the other driver, did not sustain serious injuries.
Earlier that evening, the Indiana Jones star was seen drinking at a West Hollywood music venue.
"Shia's not perfect, he likes to have fun, but he's not the type to take this accident lightly whatsoever," said Itaru de la Vega, a childhood pal whose band LaBeouf went to see at the venue.
The actor has yet to be formally charged with any crime.
